LISTIK LEGAL has been completely handling all legal matters for one of the biggest start-ups in the Czech Republic in recent years – EAG SE group and the projects “carvago.”, “TEAS” and “Omnetic” for more than 3 and a half years since the beginning of its existence (2019). LISTIK LEGAL has been involved in other start-ups and provided them with key legal matters, from corporate steps, through employment law, intellectual property law (licensing), contractual cooperation to the final exit of (some of) the founders.
